This project was a complete transformation from the ground up, blending structural craftsmanship with thoughtful landscape design to create a set of outdoor spaces that are both functional and refined. We managed every phase of the build, starting with full demolition and site preparation, followed by precise grading and a rebuilt drainage system to ensure long-term performance and durability.

From there, our team handled all steel fabrication, hardscaping, planting, and water feature installation in-house. The homeowners wanted a dedicated outdoor seating area that felt comfortable and private, so we designed and fabricated a custom steel privacy screen using perforated steel panels. This screen provides subtle separation, softens surrounding views, and adds a modern architectural touch to the yard.

A unique challenge of the property was the unused space between the main home and the recently constructed garage apartment. We transformed this previously overlooked corridor into a warm, welcoming outdoor dining area. New brick patios were installed to define the space, and layered plantings were incorporated to bring texture, color, and softness to the surrounding architecture.

Extensive planting was done throughout the project to tie all spaces together. Along the street-facing side of the property, we installed a series of strategically placed trees to increase privacy and help buffer noise. Fresh lawn areas were added to create a clean, open space for the homeowners’ dog, blending practicality with aesthetics.

The result is a cohesive outdoor environment that feels intentional, peaceful, and inviting—providing the homeowners with multiple spaces to relax, entertain, and enjoy their property daily.
