This project was a full-scale landscape and steel construction overhaul designed to improve privacy, security, and the overall functionality of the property. Our team managed demolition and site preparation, followed by drainage upgrades to ensure the landscape performs reliably in all weather conditions.

A major component of the build was the custom steelwork integrated throughout the property. We installed a new steel fence and multiple steel retaining walls that define the outdoor spaces while providing long-term structural stability. Architectural steel trellises were added to introduce vertical interest, support climbing plants, and create a more intimate, layered feel in key areas of the yard.

The signature feature of this project is the custom three-leaf accordion-style sliding gate at the driveway. Fabricated from thick steel panels and paired with high-end Italian hardware, this gate delivers exceptional privacy and a secure, substantial presence at the entry. The clean, modern lines of the gate complement the architecture of the home and elevate the property’s overall street appeal.

To soften the steel elements and create a lush backdrop, we completed extensive planting throughout the front and backyard. The perimeter of the backyard was filled with a diverse selection of trees—including live oaks, cedars, Arizona cypress, and magnolias—each chosen for privacy, texture, and long-term growth. A new irrigation system was installed to support the plantings and ensure healthy, consistent growth for years to come.

This project highlights our ability to blend structural steel fabrication with thoughtful landscape design, resulting in an outdoor environment that is secure, private, and beautifully tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle.
